Electrical Installation
Electrical power supply from a new dedicated transformer station located outside the building. Plug loads in the building are mainly powered by a main distribution board (MDB) situated on the ground floor.
А diesel power station (diesel generator) 100kVA / 80kW / 400V is located outside the building, in a separate area, in order to provide emergency power supply, if needed. To ensure residents' comfort, the unit is equipped with noise resistant jacket.
Electrical panels inside the apartments are hidden, built-in above the entrance door or on the side wall, 200 mm away from the door frame.
SVT cable wiring. The wiring in the apartments is completed with conductors type PVV MB1 hidden under plasters/renders.
Automatic fire alarm system for the underground levels (elevation levels -3.60 m and -7.20 m) and in the common areas (ground floor and landings).
