The Developer specializes in construction of commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructural projects, offering integral solutions for real estate projects, and also invests in our own projects. The Company is a newly established SPV – with the purpose being the constrution of Côte d'Azur Residences.
The Company works with a team of specialists, engineers and designers, who have completed a remarkable number of commercial and residential construction projects for the past 5 years - vacation and business properties with a total built-up area of more than 350 000 sq.m. For the time since the establishment the Côte d'Azur Project Team managed to prove themselves as a reliable and stable partner among Bulgarian and also foreign investment companies.
The main contractor engaged for the complete construction of the building was established back in 1991. In that period the company has been focused on complex construction with own financing and has developed as one of the biggest and leading building companies in the country, a company with traditions and good reputation, with proven quality and professionalism.
The main contractor works successfully with its highly qualified employees and experts and operated a construction works material base fulfilling the advanced present-day requirements as well as its own heavy and light machinery. In the last few years, the company has invested in new technologies and innovative methods in order to develop the construction process and to increase the quality of its end product.
The company is certified in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000 for quality management since 2004, and it is currently undergoing a process for obtaining ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management and OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health and safety management. It is also a member of the Central professional constructors register since 11.12.2007 and is certified in the First category for construction works from Group 1 to Group 5.
The main contractor successfully works with the municipalities and authorities in Burgas region and throughout the country as well. They have taken part in a large number of tender procedures and have been chosen as main Contractors of many projects related to construction and renovation of municipal properties and execution of infrastructure projects and residential buildings.
The company developed its own system for an individual approach to every client consistent with their interests and abilities. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the specific requirements and terms of work for every project which guarantees the high quality at a reasonable price.
